The Delray Dunes community, developed in 1969, has 323 homes, consisting of custom homes and seven condominium villa groups, each with vistas of the golf course or a lake. Every villa group has its own swimming pool that also serves as an outdoor party area. Many custom homes have private pools.

Residents at Delray Dunes are safe and secure within the manned one-gated entrance; security measures are enforced 24 hours a day, seven days a week, year-round.

From time to time we have homes for sale. Prices range from $270,000 to $370,000 for a freestanding villa, and up to $870,000 for a luxury custom home.

There is a one-time association fee plus a current annual assessment. Villa residents are assessed quarterly by their condominium association. The quarterly fee covers general exterior maintenance to all common areas, swimming pool and pool house.

Membership is required by the Delray Dunes Homeowners' Association which is governed by a Board of Directors, elected by the membership.
