Delray
Dunes is a mandatory membership community. When purchasing a home in Delray
Dunes,
the purchaser must become a member of the Club.
YEAR ROUND MEMBERSHIPS
We are currently offering Trial memberships at Delray Dunes, an exclusive membership type that allows you to preview the club on a trial basis paying only dues for the year at a 25% discount, without paying any initial membership certificate fees.
Pro-rated fees for February through October, 2010 are as follows:
- Trial Regular Membership: $4,425.00 (plus tax)
- Trial Intermediate Membership: $2,213.00 (plus tax)
- Trial Social Membership: $2,920.00 (plus tax)
The Food & Beverage Minimum is $1,000 for a family or $667 for single persons.
If you commit to Regular or Intermediate membership prior to April 1, 2010, you will enjoy a savings of $15,000 on the Membership Certificate Fee ($20,000 as opposed to the regular fee of $35,000). Social members can convert by April 1, 2010 and save $2,100 on the Certificate Fee ($5,400 as opposed to $7,500).
If you purchase a home in Delray Dunes, you are entitled to the same savings on the Membership fees (listed above).
