Delray
Dunes is a mandatory membership community. When purchasing a home in Delray
Dunes,
the purchaser must become a member of the Club.
A limited number of Club Regular and Social memberships are available to applicants who do not live in Delray Dunes. The club also has a popular summer playing program that runs from May 1 through October 31 every year.
- Membership Fee for Regular membership is $35,000; annual dues are $8,250.
- Membership Fee for Social non-resident membership is $7,500; annual dues
are $5,450
- Membership Fee for Intermediate
membership (for members under the age of 40) is $28,000; annual dues are
$4,125
- Summer Membership is currently $1,000 for membership from now through October,
2008.
